Lately it occurs to me what a long, strange trip it's been...

When I made my last entry, six-and-a-half weeks ago, I was preparing to embark on a cruise inside the Bermuda Triangle. With all the time that has intervened since, I shouldn't wonder if my fellow bloggers believed I was swallowed up by it.

Now I am back in Columbus with no pressing deadlines for the next few days. In that time, I hope to fill in the gaps as I go along--to talk about road trips, volunteer opportunities and arts events that transpired between early June and late July.

Since blogger has already gobbled up my first attempt to post this and it is past my bedtime, I will attempt a recap of my summer travels next time.
